Crew Report - 17 June 12

June 17, 2012 at 8:44 PM

We just completed a very successful Pylon Race School. The weather was just about perfect, we
got lots of course time, and the changes on the new course are easy to adapt to. During the four
days of the Pylon School we got in 47 laps on the course at lap speeds from a modest 250 MPH
to 320 MPH.

We did well at this event making contact with the public. There was a continuous stream of
people through the hangar to see “Blue Thunder” as well a spot in the Reno Gazette-Journal with
a beautiful photo of the plane clearly showing our sponsor logos.

During the PRS we did take some videos of one of the flights which was a simulated race to
practice the procedures. We edited out what seemed to be hours and hours of boredom to try to
show some of the significant events of a race. The video can be seen here, or at the bottom of this page.

“Blue Thunder II” and Fred Roscher's “Miss. Picabo” will attempt to make the Arlington, WA
Air Show on July 14 & 15, but we are still looking for a sponsor to pay for the trip.
July 21 - 29 “Blue Thunder II” and “Miss Picabo” will be at Oshkosh AirVenture with most of
the Blue and Picabo Crew. We invite all our fans to come by ConocoPhillips Square for a
“Meet and Greet Event.”

The Blue Crew, Jan and I wish to thank everyone for their continued support that will take us on
to even bigger accomplishments.

Thanks again.
